1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "388wen" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at 388wen.net and all associated subdomains and services.
• "User" means any individual who registers an account on 388wen or accesses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the 388wen registration process.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee balance held within a User's 388wen account.
• "Services" means all products offered by 388wen including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gambling or gaming products made available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or any other incentive credited to a User's account subject to specific wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To register and use 388wen, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme;
• Not be acting on behalf of any other person or as a professional gambler operating commercially.

2.3 Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 388wen. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account exists in your name, you must contact support immediately.

2.4 Pakistani users are individually responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful under all laws and regulations applicable to them. 388wen does not provide legal advice in this regard.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388wen login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.

3.2 You must notify 388wen immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 388wen shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3.3 All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. 388wen will treat all instructions originating from your account as authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach.

3.4 You agree to keep your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, current and accurate at all times.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

4.1 All transactions on 388wen are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

4.2 The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the 388wen payments page at the time of your transaction. These thresholds may change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified in your name. 388wen does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 388wen reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Users will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review.

4.5 Deposits are generally credited to your PKR Wallet within minutes. In rare cases involving banking system delays, credits may take up to 24 hours. If a deposit has not appeared after this period, contact support with your transaction reference.

4.6 388wen does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 388wen accepts no responsibility.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 All sports bets placed on 388wen are subject to the specific sport and market rules displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

5.2 In the event of a technical failure during a bet placement, 388wen will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the transaction from server logs. Where a reconstructed outcome cannot be confirmed, affected bets may be voided at 388wen's discretion.

5.3 Manifest errors in odds or game outcomes — including typographical errors, system malfunctions, or clearly mispriced markets — are void. 388wen reserves the right to cancel any bet or gaming transaction affected by a manifest error.

5.4 Live casino outcomes are determined by certified random dealing and wheel-spin procedures conducted by professional dealers under independent supervision. 388wen does not manipulate the outcome of live dealer sessions.

5.5 Slot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

5.6 388wen reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or close an account if there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, arbitrage, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 388wen are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion description. These terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses.

6.2 Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Bonus balances must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are specified per promotion.

6.3 388wen reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the applicable terms at the time of credit will continue to apply.

6.4 Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or employing strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in cancellation of the bonus and potential account closure.

6.5 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred or sold.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 388wen is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All users are encouraged to use the platform's built-in tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits, accessible from the account settings dashboard.

7.2 Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through your account settings or by contacting 388wen support. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion are available. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

7.3 During a period of self-exclusion, 388wen will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded account. Any remaining balance at the point of self-exclusion may be requested for withdrawal.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 388wen and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity;
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Allowing a minor (person under 18 years of age) to access or use your 388wen account.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 388wen platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game assets — is the intellectual property of 388wen or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

9.2 Third-party game providers retain ownership of their respective game assets. 388wen operates as a distributor of such content under licence agreements and does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.

10.2 388wen does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service outages may cause temporary unavailability. 388wen will not compensate Users for losses attributable to such interruptions.

10.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 388wen's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 388wen.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 388wen reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 388wen will provide notice to registered Users via the email address registered on their account, or by posting a notification on the platform.

11.2 Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be interpreted in accordance with the terms stated herein. Users are responsible for determining the applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.

12.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, you should first contact 388wen support. 388wen aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct support, escalation procedures are available as described in the FAQ.

12.3 For disputes relating to account balances or transaction outcomes, 388wen's internal records and server logs shall be the primary reference unless demonstrably shown to be incorrect.
